Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment is due at the time of order placement unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and cash payments.

Custom Orders

Custom cake and pastry orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Complex designs may require additional time. A deposit of 50% is required for all custom orders over $100. Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Delivery

Delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic and weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
